Trevor Reeves, Co-Owner & Financial Manager
Trevor is a five year resident of Baton Rouge. He received his BA in Economics from Louisiana State University in 2010.
Trevor has worked in advertising and marketing for over three years with unique skills due to corporate experience in sales and finance. He has over five years of experience in the heavy equipment industry working for a public company in the fields: Sales, Finance, and Corporate Functions. Additionally, he has software development experience from Web Application development and corporate SAP integration to working with start-up companies in designing their technologies.
Trevor sits on the board for the organization, SeNSE, which helps connect, innovate, and inspire entrepreneurs. He holds the positions of treasurer and web manager.
Trevor enjoys fishing, operating a business, teaching, and crawfish boils. When he’s not managing projects and building websites, you can find him spending time with family.
Sean Simone, Co-Owner & Social Media Manager
Sean is an innovator, leader, and entrepreneur. Born and raised in South Louisiana, growing up in Metairie and Mandeville, Sean is currently a proud resident of Baton Rouge. Sean graduated in December 2011 from Louisiana State University where he earned a BS in Agricultural Business.
Sean enjoys connecting entrepreneurs and as the Co-Founder and Chairman of SeNSE, he is able to do this on a daily basis. Sean has a knack for cultivating business relationships into effective synergies, and enjoys utilizing the power of social media tools to meet innovators from around the world.
Sean’s skill set includes public speaking, social media platforms and tools, professional sales, professional networking, leadership and entrepreneurship. His passions are Jesus Christ, family, friends and achievement. Sean also enjoys reading, traveling, football, and meeting new people. His favorite books include any Matthew Reilly books and The Bible. His favorite movies are Shawshank Redemption, Limitless, Lost, and the Ocean's 11 series.
Tom Geoco, Production Manager & Developer
Tom has been developing web sites since 1998. At the age of 11, he hand-coded his first web company, a gaming review board. Since then, he has sharpened his ability to design creative web solutions and develop cutting-edge applications. His background in personal banking compliments his enthusiasm for customer service and natural ability to communicate complex ideas.
Having served as a Marine in 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marines, Tom brings with him a force multiplying level of leadership and initiative that is immediately apparent with each project.
Tom actively stays up on industry standards, trends, and software to push each development beyond the curve in a timely manner. Having completed many Bluereach projects as a freelancer during the company's earlier years, Tom has a clear understanding of our business objectives and client needs.
When he's not busy managing projects or studying computer science, Tom enjoys his free time in Arizona with his wife and four children (all roudy, rambunctious boys).
Alex Smith, Executive Assistant
Alex is a pop culture guru and Pinterest expert. Although she grew up in the small town of Ville Platte, Louisiana, Alex has been living in Baton Rouge for the last four years and considers it home! In May 2011 she graduated from Louisiana State University with a BA in Mass Communication: Print Journalism and a minor in Women's and Gender Studies. Immediately after graduation, Alex began working at BlueReach, becoming the company’s first employee!
Alex has always had a passion for being in the know with the latest news and trends when it comes to pop culture, social media and anything affecting the way people live. Anderson Cooper is her idol.
Alex also has a strong passion for New York City and reading. When it comes to movies, she’ll watch just about anything, just nothing too mushy. There is a special place in her heart for comedies and independent films. A few of her favorites are Serendipity and My Best Friend’s Wedding. She enjoys traveling, shopping, and making her friends laugh!
Alex has worked at Country Roads Magazine as an editorial and social media intern in the summer of 2010. She was also the entertainment editor of the Bayou Bengal, the campus newspaper at Louisiana State University at Eunice (LSUE). And has experience in public relations from being a PR student assistant to the PR director at LSUE.
Edmond Major, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Captain
Edmond has been the SEO Captain at Bluereach since March 2011 and a professional SEO service provider for over five years. He brings his knowledge and love for the Internet to the Bluereach Team.
Edmond owns 80+ domains that receive monthly visitor traffic from different corners of the world. A large percentage of these domains are on the 1st page for their respective keywords. Currently, he is serving 5 million ad impressions monthly. Edmond is dedicated to managing the external link building and local citations components of your SEO campaign. He also monitors industry blog to track trends and algo changes.
He attended Northwestern State University of Louisiana for three years. His passion and motivation is Google. Edmond’s favorite movie is Goodfellas and his favorite book is Walden.
Jake Harris, Web Developer
Jake spent most of his life’s first two decades escaping the blistering Phoenix heat by hanging indoors building computers and teaching himself web programming languages.
Having spent most his time at Arizona State University as a computer science major with a sprinkling of geology before transferring to the prestigious Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication and earning a B.A. in Digital Multimedia Journalism, Jake is a writer by trade and a developer at heart.
Over the years, a passion for unique storytelling and obsession with technology converged to foster a love for the WordPress platform. He loves to get his hands dirty under the CMS hood designing themes, and developing custom plug-ins and widgets. With the set-up and maintenance of more than 100 WordPress sites, he’s got some serious blogging chops.
Along the way he’s also reported breaking news for a top-20 daily circulation newspaper, won a Bronze Telly Award for developing a multimedia marketing campaign for Fox Sports, and mastered the art of BBQ smoking.
When he’s not geeking out on StackOverflow or HackerNews, Jake spends most of his time reading and re-reading Go Dog, Go to his three-year-old, or unabashedly rooting for his favorite eSports teams.
